Booking/Inquiries

We are available for local projects as well as potential collaborative opportunities. For booking inquiries, use the form below to request rates and availability. Once we receive your message, we will follow up with you to answer your questions & schedule your session. Booking a session: THE PROCESS

Connect: Send us an instant message below, direct message us on instagram, or email us and let us know the important details about what you're looking for!

Plan: We'll work together to decide on the perfect location, style, package, date, and time.

Secure: Lock in your date by signing an online contract and paying a 50% deposit. This is a REQUIRED step! Your session will NOT be secure without it!

ULTRA: The fun part! You will receive an email following your deposit payment with all details you will need to prepare for your session.

Review: Look over your proofs and pick favorites. We'll do this in the studio for studio sessions or via online gallery.

Delivery: Retouched final photos/graphics are delivered within 5-7 business days (web and high resolution) to you via online gallery. Expedited services are available upon request.

BOOKING POLICY:

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made in the form of a cash, card, Cash App ($jBam) or Zelle. The payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Bam Ultramedia, LLC policies.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately before the shoot via cash, card, Cash App ($jBam), or Zelle. Checks are not accepted. No fee will be added to late sessions, however you may be asked to reschedule your session with $25 (per discretion) or cut down your time. If additional time is required to accommodate client tardiness, a $75 surcharge per hour over will be applied. If not, your time will end promptly at the end of the original time slot!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to make your session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Bam Ultramedia cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the retainer fee shall return to the client and the servicer shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that materials are damaged in processing, lost or other media malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault. In the event Bam Ultramedia fails for any other reason, Bam Ultramedia shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

WORK POLICY:

Proofs are returned to client 3 business days from when they are taken. Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days. Edited images, graphics, or videos take approximately 7 - 10 business days from when the client selects media to be retouched/delivered. Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days.

MODEL/CLIENT RELEASE:

The CLIENT hereby assigns Bam Ultramedia, LLC the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from the use of images.
